I'm not a professional cook, or accomplished amateur, but I do cook regularly, and I prefer cooking on stainless steel as opposed to non-stick. This is a solidly made 8 inch frying pan, that feels like it will last forever. It's perfect size for when you don't need to use a larger frying pan. They are WONDERFUL! I HIGHLY recommend silicone, nylon or wood utensils because they WONT scratch up the bowls. And if you really like the shiny finish, please DO NOT put in dishwasher.
