This hardwired towel dryer is made for those who value both purposeful performance and lasting design. Unlike simple warmers, it’s engineered to pull moisture from towels, keeping them dry between uses and helping to prevent odor or mildew buildup. At the core is a durable steel frame, enhanced with copper and nickel layers for exceptional heat distribution and retention. This results in a steady, even drying experience that keeps towels feeling fresh and ready, day after day.

With this towel warmer’s polished finish and crisp, strong lines, the Metropolitan makes an immediate visual impact in any room. With two groups of five heated bars, this towel warmer has more than enough room to accommodate two large towels (or a bathrobe) to warm or dry them in between uses. The Metropolitan is made from durable stainless steel with a highly polished finish that is both attractive and easy to clean. The Metropolitan is also dual connection, meaning it can be used “as is” to plug into a standard 120 VAC outlet or it can be modified by a licensed electrician to have a hardwired 120 VAC electrical connection. When the Metropolitan is installed with a hardwired electrical connection, its unique design means there is no unattractive and cumbersome cover plate required. Additionally, this towel warmer is extremely safe and is cETLus listed. The Metropolitan comes with an LED power switch and TempSmart overheat protection to prevent the unit’s surface temperature from exceeding 176F (80C). Optional towel warmer controls sold separately.

We had a friend tell us to make sure we put a towel warmer in! So glad we did! The square shape matched all our Square accessories! This particular one can be hot wired or plugged in. So mine just plugs into the wall! You do have to turn it on and off. And it usually take a minute to get warm… (it doesn’t have an emergency to hot turn off in it) so we are going to look for some kind of timer maybe to leave it plugged into. But we do enjoy it!. Luxury is having a warm towel after a bath. We did the hardwire so no wires. The best feature is the auto shutoff. Shenitha. Waldorf, MD. Thu Jul 09 2026

Enjoy the luxury of a warm towel after every shower. This wall-mounted towel warmer provides the perfect solution for your bathroom, keeping your towels comfortably warm and conveniently within reach. Its sleek and minimalist design seamlessly integrates into various bathroom styles.

We have very little wall space in our Masterbath. This is exactly what we needed. It takes up minimum space and swivels in 2 directions. Although, I don't think we will swivel it too much. It seems to be difficult to swivel the arms and I'm concerned if we push it too hard; it may come out of the wall. Other than the swiveling; we are happy with the product.. Laura. Apollo Beach, FL. It functions just fine, no electronic issues after over two years. I didn't install it, so I can't speak to the ease of install. It keeps the towels nice and dry, but only the inside of the towel that's in contact with the metal bars actually feels warm to the touch.. Nicholas. Little Rock, AR. Fri Jan 01 2021

Smaller than I wanted it will not hold the towels side by side. If your plug is behind the rack there is not enough room for the towels to hang and its a fight to get them on the rack. Also the rack does not heat as well the only area that heats is where the towel is laying across the bar not just touching it. Not very happy with this rack as the bars are too close together its made more for hand towels rather than bath towels.. Christine. Laplace, LA. Wed May 06 2026
