All weather steel case is finished in a bronze protective paint. The double-sided dials show a clock with an inside 24-hour (military time) inner track, bold Arabic numbers and a sweep seconds hand. The opposite side is a large easy-to-read thermometer with Fahrenheit and Celsius scales. This information center has Bulova’s unique lighted dial feature that comes on at dusk and continues through dawn. The instrument’s movements and dial are protected by weatherproof gaskets and glass lenses, so this clock functions in all weather conditions. Clock mounts on a metal frame and can be angled in any position for best viewing. Accurate quartz movement uses (1) AA battery, night lights powered by (4) D Cell batteries for each dial (not included).

This clock is extremely well made, graced with a high quality exterior finish and is a great size for viewing from across a porch or patio. The face is very classic and pleasing in appearance. The night lighting of both the clock and thermometer faces is a really nice touch. So far it keeps time and registers temperatures accurately.. Ron. Wed Sep 30 2026

This traditionally styled German quartz cuckoo clock accurately keeps time and plays one of twelve melodies at the top of each hour. The hand-carved case features five leaves and a bird. Two decorative pine cone weights are suspended beneath the clock case by two chains. On every hour the cuckoo bird emerges from a swinging door above the clock dial and counts the hour by cuckooing once per hour. (Example: At one o'clock the bird will cuckoo once. At eight o'clock the bird will cuckoo eight times). After the cuckoo bird cuckoos one of 12 different melodies will play. 1. Happy Wanderer, 2. Edelweiss, 3. Dr. Zhivago, 4. Swan Lake, 5. He was beautiful (theme song of the movie "Deer Hunter“), 6. Lorelei, 7. Home sweet Home, 8. Sound of Silence, 9. Clementine, 10. The Entertainer (theme song of the movie "Sting), 11. Love theme of the movie "The Godfather“, 12. Fur Elise. This cuckoo clock has music on/off switch, an off switch (for cuckoo & music), and a light sensor that silences the clock when it is dark. Requires three C size batteries to operate (not included). *Great effort has been made to portray each cuckoo clock as accurately as possible. As with many handmade items, the exact coloration and carving may vary slightly from clock to clock. We consider this to be a special part of their character. This clock is covered by a two year limited warranty covering workmanship and manufacturers defects.
