Wildon Home Wood Folding Screen

Introducing an elegant folding screen that seamlessly marries traditional Japanese design with modern aesthetics. Crafted from durable, lightweight spruce using authentic East Asian-style mortise and tenon joinery, this shoji screen features woven jute panels with a sophisticated, earthy appearance. The extra tall 7-foot height is perfect for an open office, lofted bedroom, or spacious foyer. Create a private sanctuary with these light-blocking panels, use them as a background for video calls in your home office, or provide extra privacy in your guest room. This screen looks particularly impressive as a backdrop for house plants and indoor gardens as leafy green plants look especially stylish when set against the natural browns of the handwoven jute. The uses and possibilities for this screen are endless and even better, it folds completely flat so that it can be easily stored away when not in use.

Extremely well built, Norwegian spruce I believe, heavy jute panels, can’t see through, and best part is double hinged so can go either way. Needed a 5 panel, 7 foot high divider, and not many choices available. This was on sale for this color and frankly not my first choice for color but looks good after all. For hundreds saved (legitimately saved) on this specific model and color, it’s perfect. Using as a large headboard and some insulation from a common wall, also to reduce echo and feel warmer. It’s working to do that.. Stevefromphillyburbs. Philly Pa Suburbs. Wed Jan 15 2025

This Kwiatkowski Room Divider is a simple, elegant way to add style, and texture, or define a space. The room divider is great for dorm rooms, bedrooms, and other areas that need privacy. This Japanese-inspired room divider features rice paper panels in a bamboo design. The frame is made of wood with a black wood veneer finish. Folds flat for easy storage. Hinged sections flex and fold to accommodate for space.

This screen works well and looks nice. I bought one a few years ago and now with a different set-up at home, we wanted a second one to divide a larger space. I was glad to see Wayfair still carried these so I could get the exact match. It also works well to clean up the background for a zoom call. My only complaint is that it's a little unwieldy to move and place due to needing to arrange the "zig-zags" just right so it stands up, but I think that would be the case for any screen of this type. If you're only using it in one location that won't be an issue; it's just when I move it.. Jessica. Portland, OR. Sat Aug 29 2026

This is my third one, it is so beautifully made. I live in a studio apartment and it separates my bed from the living area. It is however, pretty delicate so you must be careful when adjusting the panels or moving it around. The cloth can separate from the wood so just be mindful of that, otherwise, I highly recommend!. I just needed to block some built in shelves from my cats using them as sleeping nooks so this little divider works perfectly. Other buyers mentioned the inconsistency in the wood finish and that shows on mine, too but I’m going to paint the wood so it’s not a big deal. The canvas is well adhered to the frame and the piece itself is very light and easy to move. I’m quite happy with this purchase.. Hil. Minneapolis, MN. Tue Jun 09 2026

This room divider is perfect for my townhouse. It’s very pretty and looks great from both sides. I live in an open concept townhouse. I do not like open concept homes. This divides the kitchen from the living room beautifully. It still lets light in the kitchen. I have plants and candles on the shelves. I chose the wood tone. I extended the end panels and didn’t put shelves to make wider. It’s perfect!. Maryalice. Portland, OR. Mon Jul 13 2026

Overall this is working and looking great as an overly-wide headboard for my queen bed. There are a couple of issues with it. One of the panels had a chunk missing (it had been painted over to hide it). The fabric appears at first to be too short, but it's because you have to stretch it really tight in the frames; some of the dowels are bowing more compared to others under the strain. See the left one compared to the right in the pic. I do wonder if they will hold up. But, for my purposes these are pretty minor issues.. Sydney. Philadelphia, PA. Mon Sep 21 2026
