A sturdy table and chairs that was relatively easy to assemble. There was some damage in the corners from shipping. The color is not a true black but rather a dark gray. Railing is black for comparison.. Anonymous. Sun Oct 04 2026

This dining set is beautiful and matches perfectly with the china cabinet. The wood appears to be of good quality. However, the assembly was quite complicated, so I had to hire someone to assemble it. But, once the assembly was completed, it looked great! We are very pleased with this purchase.. Marta. This extendable dining table has a mix of weathered wood and dark metal that makes it just right for your rustic dining room. It's crafted from solid rubberwood in a dark ash finish with a scoring and rub-through treatment for some time-tested charm. It has a double pedestal base with carved, scrolling legs and a metal stretcher in between for added support. This dining table seats up to 10 people when it's fully extended, so there's plenty of room for the whole family to gather together – with seats left over for last-minute guests.

Love this table! It is very dark brown... think espresso brown. Definitely not gray or ashy in color. But I love it! The inserts to expand the table go in and out very easily. The only downside is that the inserts do not store under the table, but would need to be stored in a closet when not in use. I expect to always keep them in though.. Heather. Kintnersville, PA. Love my dining table it exceeded my expectations. Although the description indicates saddle brown, I ordered and received the black with natural top. Table and chairs are very sturdy. I opted for the white glove delivery and the guys were on time and careful. The set is small, so make sure to review the specs before buying. I leave the extension open, it’s perfect for my limited space. Just as a side note … the centerpiece is also from Wayfair.. Heidi. Columbus, OH. Sun Nov 17 2024

I searched high and low for a table like this, after seeing one in a house for sale that we toured. I do believe Wayfair may be the only company that sells this! It is quite unique with the center granite lazy susan! This is what caught my eye! We entertain often, and the lazy susan is perfect for sharing snacks, or playing games! Our kitchen is not very large, so the adjustable size by opening end leaves is a real bonus! Also, the drawer at the bottom is nice to store my good silverware/chest, and placemats. This table is really sturdily well made, and HEAVY! Only thing that was frustrating was searching for the assembly instructions, which were under the main table top. (I did open the box with the right side up) As I said, this table is HEAVY, so having to lift the top to find the instructions was a chore. Could have just as easily put them with the fastening hardware. But other than that, this is a beautiful, extremely functional table that really showcases my kitchen. I highly recommend it!. Joyce.
