I was pleased to see they did and also the mattress is more substantial at 8” thick versus many that are much thinner. The seating is firmer than many standard sofas, but that is to be expected when there is a mattress tucked into the sofa. I bought this fold out couch for my upstairs bonus room when company comes. I love the mattress and it’s pretty comfortable. Putting it together was a little bit of a challenge, but I did it by myself. The one thing I would complain about is that it says it can be pushed up against the wall as a couch and fall down without hitting the wall, but it did scratch my wall so you have to have it out a couple inches. This is perfect for my needs, I just wanted something that looked nice but also was functional. The color is a very nice gray and it fits the small space I had. It is hard but not that uncomfortable. I won't know how well it last for a few months, but as of now I am really happy. It took my grandson a little over an hour to put together. Great quality, easy to pull out the sleeper. A little higher seat than your average sofa, which is great for my tall family. This sofa looks great in my home office. And it’s gonna be the perfect guest bed for visitors as it folds out to basically a full-size bed and it’s actually pretty comfortable to sit on. Some of the other reviews didn’t rate the comfort very high but I think it’s great. And it looks wonderful. I’m not using the swivel table as you can see from the picture. And I’m covering up the cupholders just because they’re a stainless metal and that looks a little bit not the vibe of that room. But basically I’m very happy with this. Stunning!! Just arrived and it’s beautiful. I chose the Bayou Off White. Classic white and soft fabric. Perfect for costal or classic traditional decor. Gives a linen look that is soft and timeless. Not a stark white. Has just enough warmth! If looking for a white performance fabric get Nomad White. This sofa also comes with four pillows in the same custom fabric you choose. This also comes with a sleeper bed so it makes it a little heavier. So two people are needed to move it.
