Originally came with broken pieces in the shipment. The company resent the defective pieces at no charge. The padded seat was worse the second time, but I’ll just reupholster it myself instead of requesting a 3rd one. It would be best if the company would figure out a new way to ship the seat so that it doesn’t get pinchedmishapen. The tiny screws were a bear to screw into the wood. Small, predrilled holes would have been a great touch. Overall, the vanity looks nice assembled and my daughter likes it, but certainly some room for improvement with shipping and ease of assembly.. I ordered this vanity and it arrived at my house three days later. I have a two-story house, and because the box was so heavy, the FedEx driver left it by the garage. I had to get help carrying it up two flights of stairs, only to open the box and find that the mirror was cracked. I had to repackage everything, carry the box back down the stairs, and have FedEx pick it back up. I contacted Wayfair right away to explain what happened, and they shipped me a replacement. The replacement arrived just two days later, and the delivery driver actually left it by the front door, which made it much easier to get inside. Thankfully, the second vanity arrived perfectly intact. Nothing was broken, all the pieces were included, and I was able to put everything together without any issues. I’m very happy with this makeup vanity. The design is simple and modern, and it feels sturdy and well made. One thing to note is that the color is slightly off-white rather than a bright, pure white. I actually like the softer color, but it’s worth knowing if you’re trying to match it to other white furniture. Assembly was extremely easy and consisted of attaching the four legs with four screws each and the mirror with four screws, so it didn’t take long at all. The lighted mirror is a good size and bright so it's very useful for getting ready. Overall, it’s a beautiful, functional vanity that looks even better in person.
