The ordering process and delivery were fine. The quality of the product is good. Unfortunately, the selling company, Aarco, did not pack this whiteboard with any protection. It was just stuck in a box! After peeling off the protective covering when we hung the board this week, there was a dent. I order online regularly and most sellers ship their product well packed. I like it, it's the right size and works well as my office storage cabinet. I paid for a pro to put it together, he did an awesome job. It took him 1 hour. It’s important to get all the plastic spacers in the back of the unit for stability plus he had to adjust the doors a few times to get them perfectly spaced.
