The box is very nice and I am happy with my purchase. It is huge and holds all of the things I needed it to. Extremely disappointed in Wayfair and this product. I ordered two of these products in each of them showed up damaged. The first one had two corners completely crushed in and dented. The second one arrived with a 2 inch punctured hole, through the metal even, in the side of the unit. When I opened the door, the knob was missing from the temperature controls. Once I found the knob, I tried to put it on where it belonged however, I realized that the whole unit that runs the temperatures was actually broken and did not even fit in the compartment to attach the temperature knob too. We plugged their unit in to see if it would run and work. The unit turned on and ran however it made extremely high-pitched random noises and ran completely uneven with different varying up and down pitched sounds, obviously the cooling unit is not working properly.. Bought this to store the pool floats and toys in because I was sick of carrying them back and forth from the garage. Now, most everything fits in it on the pool deck with room to spare for small things. I have four blown up pool floats (one of which is bulky with a unicorn head and tail), a small kiddy pool float, some pool noodles, padel boards, and the deck umbrella. And like i said i still have room to add any smaller items. Very spacious. Fairly easy to put together. I put most of it together by myself. Attaching the lid to the hinges on the box was the final step and I did need my husband to help with this. I had a hard time keeping it in place while I tried to screw on each side. It seems sturdy enough so far. I am worried about how to use it in the winter without mice nesting in it. We had a shed that the mice took over and made super disgusting. So Im not sure that Id store anything in this over the winter. There are spaces at the bottom for air flow that the mice can easily access. Very roomy deck box. Looks nice. Fairly easy to assemble with two people. It's big! The directions for assembling it could be a little better -- small print and not very clear diagrams. My only real disappointment with the box is that rain gets in along the center seam in the top. If I were to do it again, I would buy a waterproof box, not just weather resistant. I use it for storing my sectional cushions, so water getting in was problematic. We remedied the issue by using duct tape on the interior along the seam. Fingers crossed that it holds. Hard to mess up a 5-gallon bucket I suppose. I was glad to get a dark color for under my new farmhouse sink where a standard kitchen trash can no longer fits. I really like these 19 gallon storage containers. Fast delivery nice color lots of room inside. I would loved to give them a five star rating. All six of the containers came without latches! See photos. It was weird. Must be a quality control thing at their packing facility. Did they think I would not notice? If I was going to use them for camping or for moving, I would’ve returned them, but since they are just sitting on shelves in my garage, I decided to keep them.
