UPDATE: August 24th 2026: The tarp was damaged due to heavy rain and I tried for two weeks to work with this company, the manufacturer, and the insurance with no appropriate resolution. This incident made me aware of how scamish and fraudulent these insurance companies are. The representatives were rude and in the end just refunded me for the policy - horrible service! Wayfair kept rerouting me to the insurance without seeming to understand what I was trying to explain. I will now seriously reconsider purchasing anything here in the future - BE AWARE AND CAUTIOUS WHEN PURCHASING ITEMS Good quality and has been withstanding extreme cold and wind so far. It was also very easy to assemble by myself. Nikoli. Toronto, ON. Thu Sep 03 2026

Arrived well packaged. All parts labeled well. Instructions are a bit vague in spots. I recommend a couple of nut drivers for faster assembly. There are a few pins that lock in place that do not engage well. I spent a couple hours with the curtains and can’t get the main zipper close enough to zip up.. William. Havelock, NC. Awesome buy and perfect pricing... I have a family picnic every year and someone broke into my garage and stole my (4)10x 10 tents ,so this purchase was necessary for me to have my picnic.
