Only 4 stars because the wood in the arm is crushed and makes a cracking noise when pressure is applied. It doesnt affect the shape and mine isnt in an area anyone will sit on the arm nor do I have pets or children that would climb on the arm so it will work for me. A really nice piece of furniture for the price. If you dont have a ratchet set yet, heres your chance! I used the tip protectors that were on the leg screw heads to top the protruding bolts underneath. I have a berserker cat who doesnt need any new spots to hurt herself on. Very happy with it.. Karen.
