The piece is very nice. It was shipped twice with broken glass, which was disappointing. However, customer service was very good / helpful, and they sent the glass separately. The light is attractive, and I've finally found one that won't be difficult to change the bulb. There are some caveats, however: The directions are okay, if you can read minuscule print. Only the directions reference a white wire and a black (or red) wire. And both wires are black. The light arrived looking as if it were already assembled. But that was only so shipping would be easy.
