The back cushion is cheesy so when you lean back theres hardly any support. Definitely need to add another insert to make it feel like a cushion. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Beautiful chairs and amazing experience I absolutely love these chairs! They are beautiful, comfortable, and look even better in person. The color and texture are exactly what I was looking for, and they look beautiful in my new home. I also want to mention how impressed I have been with Wayfair’s customer service. They have been exceptional throughout my shopping experience—responsive, helpful, and very professional. I have honestly had a better experience with Wayfair customer service than with other online retailers I have used. I am very happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend these chairs!. The chair is perfect and looks exactly as pictured. It was very difficult to build and instructions were very poor. I wound up screwing a bolt right through the outside of the wood frame and is now ruined. So upset.. Ann. Flemington, NJ. Sun Oct 11 2026

Beautiful chair! Assembly was a little tricky, but overall went together quickly. Back is low and it’s not super comfortable, but it works really well as a statement piece meant for occasional use.. Erin. Tue Jul 21 2026

Vintage inspiration gives the feel of rich heritage. A warm wood frame in an aged finish supports a cane back and worn Italian leather seat, for low-profile comfort.

Beautiful chairs. The only complaint I have is the distressing on the edges of the arms. I think the chairs would be so much nicer either without it or very lightly applied. It seems that one of the arms was overly distressed by someone who went crazy with a knife! However, I will live with what I consider to be a small flaw.. Maggie. New York, NY. Sun May 03 2026

The Aliha upholstered back side chair is very elegant and sophisticated, but at the same time has an airy feel to it. I purchased the Aliha with the linen upholstered back and I must say they are beautiful. The chairs arrived as promised on the day specified and without any damage due to how well they are packaged. Everything I need to assemble the chairs was provided which is basically the seat, the seat back, legs and hardware. The instructions were very straightforward and easy to follow and I had no problem putting this together on my own and I am a female, senior citizen. They are very, very sturdy and do not wobble. I did have concerns about the comfort level of the chairs, particularly for shorter people. I’m 5 foot tall and my feet do not dangle. I can sit back in the chairs very comfortably. The seat cushion is a little stiff, but I prefer that rather than sinking into the chair. In my opinion, these chairs look as high-end as much of the furniture I have purchased from high-end furniture shops in the past but at half the cost. I’m impressed!. Debbie. Fort Lawn, SC.
