Perfect chair for a small space. The back cushion is detachable and fabric and Velcro on the backside. ( see picture) The seat is very firm, (I hope it will break in) and very shallow. I am only 5’3” and it is even short for my legs. There is no way you could comfortably add an accent pillow.. you would slide off the chair. Fortunately for me the chairs are going into a rarely used but needed furniture. The quality is very nice. No damage and looks exactly like pictured. It was packed nicely and traveled halfway across the United States in one week! Yes, I recommend this chair but NOT if you’re looking for that cozy sit and relax chair.
