Only thing I didnt like was since it was delivered by Federal Express boxes for this plus 1 dressers were left outside . Heavy items to bring in. I opted for the assembly service and so glad I did! Disappointed with both the product and the service The Glenwood 34” Tall Chest arrived with a large crack in the solid wood base and uneven drawers. For a piece at this price point, the quality issues were immediately obvious. I contacted Wayfair customer service to request a replacement. After spending a couple of hours dealing with frustrating and unhelpful service (including being bounced between chat and phone with no clear resolution), nothing was resolved. This dresser is a great addition to our bedroom. The walnut color looks warm and modern and blends nicely with our other furniture. I really like the taller, space-saving design because it provides plenty of storage without taking up a lot of floor space. The drawers are deep and hold a good amount of folded clothing. Assembly took some time, but the instructions were easy enough to follow. Once assembled, it feels sturdy and looks more expensive than expected.
