This is a really cute bed and seems really solid. A couple of things that made me knock a star off the rating though. Each slay has to be screwed in with at least 3 screws so this will be very difficult to move out of this room if ever needed. Also the wood has different colors.. Janice. Atlanta, GA. Love the bed design. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 stars due to one bed slat had a crack which was filled with a caulk substance. I was assured by Wayfair it has no impact on the sturdiness of the platform bed. I purchased a 12” deep mattress which is the perfect depth for this bed. My 18 yr old grandson loves his bedroom designed just for him. Would choose this bed again to purchase. Very happy with it.. Lynn. Erlanger, KY. Sun Oct 04 2026

Overall good quality but one of the footboard brackets was off and didn’t fully fit securely so that’s pretty frustrating. It’s also very short and low to the ground so be sure to make note of the height. Mary. Richmond, VA. Sun Sep 27 2026

Beautiful bedframe super easy too build. Super easy to clean. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because we have an 8 Sleep mattress (heavier) had to lay down extra support beams. Will work perfectly with any normal mattress.. Haley. Hastings, MN. Wed Oct 07 2026

The box was damaged and torn up but thankfully the bed was in good shape and packaged well with no damage. We love the bed and it feels solid. It wasnt difficult to put together, all parts and hardware were included and instructions were clear. I also love the distance between the bed and floor. It helps with vacuuming and swiffering the hard wood floor. The only negative is in the photo I shared, the joint where the headboard connects to the left support and the leg does not fit tightly and leaves a noticeable gap. Not a huge issue since it doesnt affect the overall structure or strength of the bed and well learn to live with it. Good buy for the money.. Elizabeth. Bristow, VA. Thu Sep 24 2026

First time online bed buyer and super happy with my purchase! In the midst of a bedroom remodel. Got king size in natural, arrived next day, no damage, had all parts, didn't take too long for two people to put together - appx 30 min; however, I think the spacers weren't the correct size because we ended up with two slats that weren't accounted for at the end, but we just respaced slightly and it was fine. I really appreciated the velcro for the slats so they don't move around when spacing - someone thought that through! You will also need a drill to screw in the slats. Headboard and footboard are not completely solid, but sturdy and the height is good for us. Also, purchased the Stearns and Foster Lux Estate Mattress and it fit perfectly. Happy customer - thanks Wayfair!. Germaine. Dexter, MI. Tue Aug 25 2026

The headboard looks so nice! I love how easy it was to put together. It took us under an hour and it was pretty straight forward. The padding on the headboard is the best part because it’s so soft! My toddler has already jumped into it and didn’t get hurt so it served its purpose already!. Anonymous. Fri Sep 25 2026

Size Purchased: California King Overall very content with this purchase. I live alone so assembly was a bit difficult but I managed by myself (6'4" dude), but for most buyers I'd imagine it would take two people to handle it. During assembly very important to leave bolts at joints loose so that they can be wiggled into tight fighting place at final stages. Prior to laying down the mattress on top, the smaller composite wood legs in the middle of the frame did not touch flush with the ground. However, with laying down the mattress and lying on it they support the weight and the frame feels sturdy/doesn't wobble. The design is simple and sophisticated, and I will update this review at a later date after using the bed for a year or so. Highly recommend!. Anders. Los Angeles, CA. Thu Jul 09 2026
