This was solid, well the replacement. When I got the chaise it had come damaged, customer service was second to none and sent me a replacement. After 5 years the chaise is still going strong. A bit weathered from Florida sun but still holds up. The cushion had to be replaced as the suns uv rays destroyed the material.. Francis. Daytona Beach, FL. Tue Jun 16 2026

Foam cushioning fills the seat to offer reliable support whenever you need a moment to relax. I bought this primarily as a reading nook lounger. It weighs 50 lbs and I wasnt home when it was left leaning on its end on my porch. Im a 60 yo woman and managed this solo. It took some work to shimmy this into the house but the room it went into is near the front door. If you have steps you will absolutely need 2 people. The box is big and awkward and difficult to get a good grip. Once in the room, I leaned it against the wall with the bottom facing me. So when you open the box the underneath is showing. Locate the little box with the legs, cut away the protective plastic, screw in the legs and then voila lower it down. The legs have felt stick ons and easy to slide from there if you have hard floors. It does have some unsightly metal brackets attached on both sides so I covered it with a cute throw. Plus I bought the cream color and it could get dirty fast. Hard to say how long the cushion will remain supportive. But overall I feel it was a decent purchase for the price point.. Lisa. Beautiful Spa looking Reclining Pool Chairs, HOWEVER, I wasnt expected this low quality. When assembling we didnt need to force much, the wood was falling apart as soon as we place the first screws. Not sure whether the lot of my chairs were not good or all of the units are like this. The chairs are not so cheap (compared with competition prices) so it could have some more sturdiness and strong acacia wood. Still havent returned or replaced because Wayfair doesnt do anything about it and just transfer you to a 3rd party company.. Oran. Marina Del Ray, CA. Thu Jun 04 2026

Classic look, and good quality. The fabric isn’t the easiest to clean and the wood has faded in the heat as I don’t cover them during the summer months. Second season using them and they’re still in great condition.. Rochelle. Madera, CA. Sat May 23 2026
