So I want to start with the positives with this beautiful couch. The color is more of a warm creamy dove gray. The wood accents are a modern gray wood grain look. It wipes off easy and seems to stay clean very easily. It is very large and looks very modern in a space. It has a very high end look that is very unmatched by other brands I’ve seen online. The delivery process was very quick, faster than expected. It was a drop off and they brought it on a pallet so have help to unbox and lift. Each piece is very heavy. There are a few reasons I gave this three stars. When you look at the description it says manual and power recliners. I thought that meant all chairs reclined. I was wrong, there were a couple different versions of this couch and I’m guessing the version I got didn’t offer that. We are a family of four so two people don’t get to recline. The center piece is definitely a focal point. It looks cool the lighting is awesome. We don’t drink so we will never use it for wine. I thought from the description it was refrigerated so I intended on putting bottled water in it. It is not refrigerated so it doesn’t really work for that.
