The box came so mangled it looked like it went through a garbage disposal. The fiberglass inside was damaged, and the item looked like it had been used. We ordered this, so it would come in time for a trip we took, which it did, and although Wayfair offered to send another one, they said it would not arrive for two or three weeks.
