It’s really nice for the price, but smaller than expected. It looks like solid wood, but the dimensions provided were false. The unextended length is 47 in and with extension only 59in. The pedestal for the table to sit on is attractive and easy enough to put together if you turn it sideways and not straight up and down, the top was easy to assemble, but there seems to be less than perfection in the adjoining pieces of the two table tops and whatever I tried, I could not get the entire length to close completely however, it’s still beautiful. We put a runner down the length of the seam in the two tops and you can’t see it and it feels really strong and sturdy and as attractive and easy enough to assemble if you have some Mechanical ability that’s all.. This table is literally so gorgeous. It’s a super simple design but the elements like the wood pattern on the top of the table really make it stand out. Because it’s so simple, it will go with any style, ours is costal modern and it fit right in. It took us no more than 10 minutes to put together and it is a sturdy piece. We have used it only a couple of days so far but it’s been easy to clean and wipe down and is so solid that it doesn’t budge when my toddler tries to climb on it and push it around like he did our last table.
