I love this mattress. When I was shopping for one I knew I wanted something alittle more firm than the one I had been using and this one is perfect. Soft and firm at the same time. I got this for my daughter to go with her new twin canopy bed (still being assembled). Its firm enough to offer back and body support, yet the top part is a pillow top-- like people often add on for the softness, but this one is just part of the mattress. I loved that I received the item within 24 hours. Unfortunately, upon receipt of the item, the bottom of the box was opened. Also the mattress is not cut true to size. I think this mattress will be great! I just opened it yesterday so I think it is still working itself out (its a little lumpy looking) but i think once its had some time it will be great.
