THIS COUCH IS SO GREAT! The black velvet like material is super soft is nice and the shape is very unique. The couch is a firmer type of couch so if you do get it, just know it’s not those ultra plush it provides more support. The only downfall I will say about it is that the cushion does not come apart from the couch so everything is all one part that helps keep the stainless lines. The only other negative thing is there is a bit of what it looks like glue on the golden part that’s left a very weird residue mark in the manufacturing but other than that, I’d say I’m generally happy with the results. I would’ve definitely given this four stars if the golden accent wasn’t messed up on a berry noticeable point on the couch, but it’s not worth the effort of calling to get it traded back in.. Lisa. I'm really happy with this storage ottoman! It was actually much larger than I expected, so it didn't fit in the original spot I had planned for it. That ended up being a blessing because it looks perfect in our living room and doubles as extra seating when we have guests over. The green color is absolutely beautiful and matches our furniture perfectly. The storage compartment is roomy enough to hold one large throw blanket or about two to three smaller blankets, which is great for keeping the living room tidy. The only thing I wish it had is hinges on the lid. Since the top is completely removable, it doesn't always sit perfectly flush when you put it back on, so you have to adjust it a little. One unexpected bonus is that my dogs are obsessed with it! The fabric is incredibly soft, and it's large enough for them to stretch out and lay on comfortably. I thought I was getting the 7 seater instead it’s 5 seater although it’s very comfortable once u break it in. Building the pull out portion the labeling was wrong right and left had to be switched. Other than that it’s cute. The measurements were perfect.I would note that the pullout legs are easily bendndable so be careful moving it just be sure to lift not drag. Pillows could be thinker maybe. Quality of fabric is spot. I’ve been sleeping on here the last 3 nights while I wait for my bed, it’s more on the firm side. Small gap between the pull out and the other couch so be sure to not drop ur phone retrieving it is a little hard. Storage is heavy duty and I love the side pockets. Like I said I wish there was option to choose between three 5 seater or 7 seater because I didn’t realize till the very end that I got the 5 seater.
