This bed is more off-white or cream rather than white, which is what I was hoping for. The boucle is nice and the headboard is thick enough so that it doesn’t look cheap. It has a very low profile and I switched out the black plastic feet for some wood ball feet I found online. This gives the bed an extra designer look and gave it 2” more in height. King Size I honestly have to say, this bed exceeded my expectations! I ordered this bed through Wayfair, and the delivery process was pretty smooth. It arrived within three days, basically just one day after the expected delivery date, and everything came in one heavy box. FedEx left it in the mail room at my apartment, so I had to get some help carrying it all the way upstairs since I didn’t have a dolly. Once I got it inside, though, everything was smooth sailing. The assembly was actually easier than I expected. I didn’t have a toolbox or any extra tools, just the one tool that came with the bed, and I was still able to put the entire bed together myself. That says a lot because I’m definitely a hands-on person, but I was impressed that I didn’t need a bunch of extra tools. As far as the bed itself, WOW. The quality is really nice. It has a good weight to it, feels sturdy, and once everything is connected properly, the bed doesn’t move or wobble. The black upholstered design is absolutely beautiful in person, and it gives the bedroom a much more elegant and luxurious look. I’ll be honest, I was a little hesitant to order this bed because some of the pictures and reviews I saw beforehand had me wondering what I was actually going to receive. But I’m glad I took the chance because this bed looks even better in person than I expected. There were no missing parts, no damage, and no major issues whatsoever. Everything arrived exactly how it should, and the finished product is beautiful. My mattress is scheduled to arrive today, so I’ll definitely update this review once I’ve had a chance to actually sleep on the bed and see how everything feels together. But if you’re reading these reviews wondering, “Should I buy this bed” My answer is YES. Based on my experience so far, I don’t think you’ll be disappointed. Overall satisfaction 910 so far. This bed is absolutely beautiful. It was easy to assemble. The green color definitely adds depth to the bedroom and with the right duvet it's giving cool boutique hotel vibes. I took off one star due to the backboard having a crack in it. We did not go through the trouble of sending the entire bed back as Wayfair suggested after half way assembling. Love the look of this bed. Took a chance bc there were no reviews. The bed delivered in about 5 days. The packing wasn’t the best, but everything was intact and undamaged inside the box. Quality is fair, not exceptional. Upholstery is only on the outside of the bed, not behind the headboard, footboard or rails. Bed is assembled with bolts that are visible on the footboard which I don’t like. The fabric is linen and on the lighter side, not yellowish or grey. Hammered features are a nice contrast to the conventional upholstered bed design. Bed can be mixed with contemporary furniture or antiquish, like I have. All in all, I’d recommend.
