Edit 2025 Over time the drawers became flimsy. It still looks good but quality wise its ok, not great. This was the first time I purchased a fully assembled dresser from wayfair. That was one of the deciding factors in making this purchase. The item arrived very well packaged and it is gorgeous, just what I was looking for. Upon inspection I found the first drawer jamming and unable to pull out fully unless I wiggled it up and out. I called Wayfair to inquire if the drawers were removeable as it wasnt apparent how to do so. They advised to call the manufacturer directly and provide the number. With Meridian I had to send a video of the issue and the sent back a video on how to remove the drawers. That was helpful and I was able to remove the drawer and fix the bracket. However, I then noticed the rubber stopper at the end of the bracket was missing on one side preventing the drawer from closing fully on one side. I emailed Meridian again with pictures and they advised to request the missing piece through Wayfair since it was within the 30 day warranty period. However, the Wayfair rep advised to contact the manufacturer directly as no part s are listed since this is an assembled piece. The helpful representative also gave me a 25 refund. This dresser is absolutely gorgeous in person and has a much more expensive look than I expected. The mid-century modern design, rounded edges, and tapered legs give it a clean, timeless style that works well with a variety of bedroom décor. The finish is beautiful, and it instantly elevated the look of the room. Assembly was straightforward, although it does take some time because it's a substantial piece. Once assembled, it feels very sturdy and well-built. The drawers glide smoothly, provide plenty of storage, and the felt-lined top drawer is a really nice added touch for jewelry or other delicate items. Overall, I'm extremely happy with this dresser. Arrived box heavily damaged right in area that says in big red letters “handle with care”! Top and bottom busted open. Moreover — there is a highly visible drip stain falling from right side handle. Clearly that would have been seen been seen at the factory BEFORE packaging and BEFORE Wayfair VERIFIED this item. Also there is some damage to the right side front base corner.
