Bought 6 of these stools, put them together in about 3 hours, from removal from boxes to completed assembly, with no problems. They were well-packaged with all parts included, arrived promptly within days. Have put together a lot of purchased products over the years, including 10 chairs a couple months ago; these were great. All bolt holes lined up properly. Follow the directions and don’t tighten bolts too much until all are in place. None of the wood insert nuts came loose with significant tightening pressure applied, though one always has to be careful with that to avoid stripping threads but still getting tight. Recommend spending a few bucks for an T-handle hex wrench (metric) to assemble rather than using the included L-handle Allen wrench; it’s just more comfortable and faster. Stools appear to be very good overall consistent quality, better than expected. Used Loctite glue on bolts to address concerns some reviewers expressed and based on my own previous experiences, will see how that works out. A bit of good glue always seems to go a long way to preventing bolt loosening and instability with chairs and stools, can always repeat it later if there is loosening. After all leg bolts are in place, but before final bolt tightening, and when the stool is leveled up with all four legs touching floor evenly, remove each bolt one at a time and put a drop of glue on the bottom threads and screw back in tight, getting all done in the top first and then at the lower leg brace, tightening before the glue sets. Stools are comfortable and stylish, way cheaper than local furniture store equivalents, and we don’t buy junk or any cheapos. The only thing I had an issue with was that the instructions indicated there were 3 different screws and I only had 2 different screws.
