I’m unsatisfied with this product. After the sliding bench arrived and the first assembly guy unpacked the box we discovered a very noticeable split in the composite wood front slate. It should have never been packed and shipped. I immediately contacted Wayfair and had a replacement part sent. When the replacement part arrived the second assembly guy discovered two other parts were cracked or split. Consequently, I immediately recontacted Wayfair while the assembly guy was present and asked for a refund. This is an inferior product. *WARNING *Don’t purchase this product! I wasted my time. Instructions were not the best but it was simple enough that it didn't matter. I did have an issue with the chair but still gave 5 stars because Customer Service was wonderful & resolved my issue promptly & to my satisfaction. That's one reason why I will continue to buy from Wayfair because they stand behind their products & will help & be fair if their is an issue.
