The bed and the color and frame style are a beautiful look for my children’s bedroom at our lake house. However, upon delivery I received a gray colored frame when I chose a white frame. I tried to reach customer service via messaging on here, email and a call and I couldn’t get anywhere to start a resolution on trying to get the correct color. I went in many sites to go about starting a eyur. But was informed that my item wasn’t available for a return or exchanged I don’t want to have to go through the trouble to paint it white. I didnt assemble the product because we are wanting a white bunk rather than gray. But the box came intact and the material seems beautiful and sturdy. The bed is an xl twin which is nice since it can last until your kids are in their teens. It’s a solid bed and well put together. The rods on the bottom of the bed are all fastened securely.
