The shallow but spacious Rondeau maximizes searing potential for delicious one-pan meals and easy stove-to-oven braising. Chefs love the Italian-made Rondeau. With increased surface area comes less overlapping of ingredients, providing more of the caramelizing heat contact that adds depth of flavor. Once you’ve rendered the fat from the protein of choice, you’re free to sauté, braise, and reduce all in the same Rondeau—a one pan meal at its finest. Crafted in Italy, the Stainless Clad Rondeau is constructed from 5 layers of metals for improved heat conduction and distribution. Because it prevents the hot spots that lead to stuck-on messes, the 5-ply construction also cleans up in seconds. Its rolled rim allows you to pthe without spilling, and two looped handles make transport from stove to oven to table a breeze.

This pan is huge and really good quality. I cooked pancakes it, and they didn’t stick. It worked better than my nonstick pan.. Michael. Houston, TX. Wed Sep 23 2026

The FINEX No.10 Grill Pan (nicknamed "Grillet" for its skillet style handle) is almost a foot of hand crafted premium cast iron designed to grill, sear or blacken your favorite meats and vegetables. The rectangular shape of this pan was inspired by the Japanese makiyakinabe pans that are used for rolled omelets called tamagoyaki. The rectangular omelet can be filled and rolled evenly and then cut into slices with an identical diameter. A similar process is used for the Korean dish gyeran-mari.Apart from these traditional uses, the STAUB Egg Roll Pan is also a great tool to bake crêpes or pancakes, leading to the same advantages of even filling and rolling – and surprising your guests with a novel form of the beloved dish. This Egg Roll Pan measures 6*8 in, resulting in an egg roll that serves at least two people for breakfast or as an addition to their bento boxes. The high sides allow for big rolls with a lot of delicious filling. The enameled cast iron of the pan distributes heat evenly, which results in consistent coloration of the omelet or pancake: golden as traditional in Japan, or a light brown like a Breton galette.

Love it! Perfect to make small steak bites on the grill and other apps and various uses!. Jeremy. US. Sun Sep 13 2026

Serve fresh fish directly from the oven to the table: For example, you can gently cook flavourful fish in the cast-iron serving dish from the Staub series and then serve it right to the table afterwards. The oval, elegant design in black draws all attention to your fish dishes in a stylish manner. The serving dish can hold up to 0.7 litres and has an attractive appearance thanks to the lid’s striking brass knob. The lid is also equipped with small nubs to redistribute accumulating condensation to the fish, so that it remains juicy during cooking and the flavours can develop fully. All in all, the dish is 36 cm long (including the handles), 8.4 cm high and 20 cm wide. Like the rest of the cookware from Staub, this oval serving dish stands out because of its modern take on classical French kitchen design. The material is robust and easy to clean, allowing you to easily cook dishes such as fresh fish for friends and family and present it to them in true style.

It’s a beautiful and functional enameled cast iron pan. Love the Staub brand. Clean up is very easy. Used it daily since buying, for both fish and vegetables. Couldn’t resist adding the knob as well.. Amaya. Bayonne, NJ. Mon Jun 15 2026
