I was very excited to get this as I love cheese! The entire look is great. The color and design, great! The 6 long forks, great! The weight of the base and the pot, great! And I learned that it’s easier to melt cheese at room temperature instead of straight from the refrigerator. I like that there is a cap to put out the flame after use. Love it, makes great rice. It takes a bit longer than my stainless steel pot, but the superior result is worth it.
