I wanted so much to add this pan to my cooking arsenal. It’s a beautiful looking piece, and seems of very high quality. That being said, it was just too heavy for me to handle on a regular basis, so I had to return it. I did understand and expect that it would be heavy, but it was more than I’d anticipated. I’ve taken one star away for that, because I think it’s an important consideration to draw some attention to. But, other than that - probably if it had been somewhat lighter - I really think I would’ve been very happy with it longterm.. Mary. New Boston, NH. Mon Sep 28 2026

This is beautiful and will be an amazing heirloom piece. I have 3 skillets from finex. I cannot recommend this brand enough. The pans are solid and heavy and truly are beautiful. Seasoning and reseasoning is something that I actually like to do to keep them non stick. These pans sit on my stove and they are what we us 95% of the time. Do it! They will last your lifetime and through your children’s lives. The pan comes unseasoned so the color is more bronze, after seasoning they will be black. I’ve attached a photo of my pans that are several years old for comparison. Also get a lid!!. Kori Ann. Odessa, TX. Tue May 18 2021

It feels heavy, durable, and heats evenly, making everything from soups and stews to pot roast turn out perfectly. The size is exactly what I was hoping for—large enough for family meals and batch cooking, but still easy to handle.
