Cute desk. Took several hours to assemble. I wish the instruction would have descriptions rather than just pictures. Don't use power tools. The hardest part to follow was the railings for the drawers, I got some of them backwards and had to fix when I got to the drawer assembly. Bought in black. Solid. Three large boxes when delivered. No cord management but if you have the back of the desk against a wall (as pictured) or a corner, there's none really needed. I have two 28-inch monitors and my keyboard on top and typically keep a notepad to the right. Also, at least one or two cups, phone and various other items and I have room for all of it- it does get tight but it's because I am overloading the desk with unneccessary items, not becuase the desktop is particularly skimpy. The drawers are not soft close but they are solid and do not slide open on their own- they have a bit of weight to them. It's clearly made well and has a beautiful grain throughout even if it is not a mahogany or oak desk. My condo is modern and the black fits beautifully in with everything. Would buy again.. Toni.
