The product itself is great. However sonneman dissapointing me in how they ship the box. When you are paying this amount of money for a simple concept you'd expect to have the shipping box in a properly packaged and in a safe way. Had to send first one back as it came cracked and bent. Purchased 4 lights, two different sizes. Excellent lights, very well made and heavy. Took a while to figure out the assembly but after the first one it was a snap. Installation was easy enough after assembly. Had to remove the red LED low voltage wires and move them through mount but if I can figure it out, an electrician or handy person can do it! Mounting to was was a bit of a dance, required a brief helper to reattach low voltage red wires prior to final level and mount. This lamp was relatively easy to assemble with 3 parts which all screw together. The only complexity was removal the protective plastic around the product and managing the cord which ran through the center of each part. While one person could easily assemble this, it was helpful to have second person prop up the parts while being screwed together. The results speak for themselves. The lowest hanging of the 5 lights rests at about 5’3” and the highest at 6’2” as described. The light is a natural warm color which plays well against neutral tones instead of washing them out.
