The padding and cushioning of the chair is just right for sitting many hours at a time comfortably. My favorite feature is the width of the chair seat. I like to sit with my legs crossed and there is plenty of room for this. The chair rolls and turns very smooth. The electric recline is a really nice touch if you need to kick your feet and and relax for a bit. I do wish the foot rest would raise on its own, but in order to pull the foot rest up, you also have to recline that back, so that is the only thing I would change about this chairs design. The chair has a battery pack so you do not need to keep it plugged in to use the electronic recline feature. I really like this chair. Assembly was super easy. It was packaged well. It's a really nice quality. It's soft, very comfortable, easy to adjust. The headrest is in the perfect position to support my head (something I've struggled with when using other chairs), it's also nice that it's adjustable. Also, it looks great.
