This oversized chair was the perfect size for my alcove and the color is nice and neutral. The one bracket was a little bent but fixed easily with a mallet. Some of the cushions were packed inside the back part of the chair and were hard to pull out. A screw needed to be removed before pulling the cushions otherwise it wouldve torn the fabric pulling it out. I wish there was a fabric flap that could be attached to cover up the space where the cushions were packed because I imagine dirt and debris are going to get caught up inside. I am so freaking happy about the quality of this chair. Online purchases are such a risk, for quality and comfort. But this chair nails it on both. I sink right into it in the best way possible. I was nervous about it looking sloppy too, because some of the review pics made it seem like the slip cover was messy but it's not and it steamed out beautifully. When I saw these chairs they were out of stock in both of the blue striped options. I got an email notification the navy was back in stock a few weeks later and I ordered them right away. One con is that the bottom cushion and back pillow has this noisy insert so it sounds like loud paper when you sit.
