It’s comfortable, has good lumbar support and not too much head support which my neck likes. As others have said, it won’t stay fully back in the reclined position which is ok. I just watch tv in it. Love the chair!!!! I was looking at a similar chair at Room & Board but it was $3200. The price is great, the quality is awesome too. Some people complained about the recline, it reclines fine. There are three settings on the chair and they all lock in place. I think some people are trying to recline between the 2nd and 3rd position and yes it doesn’t lock because its between the position. The 2 accent chairs are good looking and comfortable. We bought them in Navy leather and the color is pretty and a true Navy. They were fairly easy to assemble. Although they are large enough to be very comfortable, they are on a scale which fit perfectly in our small sitting area, without looking crowded. The leather feels nice, is good quality and has that nice leather smell. The chair is low which I knew it would be but I’m short so that’s fine by me, it also works well with the height of my sofa. It is on the narrow side so if you are a bigger person it does hug you in the hip area. I don't find it uncomfortable, it actually feels kind of cozy to me but I think some people wouldn't like that. There def isn't much wiggle room if you aren't a thin person. I don’t love the color of the leather and wish it were a bit darker, it doesn't seem to match well with the dark wood base to me personally.
