My first home gym. Took me several hours to put together. Instructions were easy to follow until the end. My advice-get a metric socket set (you’ll need 13,15,17), some channel locks, and a 17mm wrench. Those tools will make your life easier. Also, when you get to the pulleys, don’t tighten anything up until all cables and pulleys are in place . Can’t wait to use it now!. Paula. SC. Fri Aug 14 2026

This is probably the most impressive piece of gym equipment I’ve ever used. It has every workout any person could ever want and it’s fully modular. Sit ups, pull ups, bench press, rowing, band workouts, squat rack… and more I probably haven’t even figured out yet. It is extremely sturdy and can easily hold my entire weight without wobbling at all. The best part is that it doesn’t even take up that much space… could easily fit in a small workout room or garage gym. Super impressed with the quality. It also shipped quickly and comprehensively in three boxes. It took a while to build, but if you have a socket wrench or a power tool you could do it in a few hours. Couldn’t be happier 1010. Jason.
