The replacement item was damaged and I declined the delivery when FedEx attempted to delivered the item. The next day On July 27th, 2025 I found the same item was delivered in front of my doorstep. I have a not good experience with this particular purchase. I would like a refund and asked that WayFair have a section area to check off for broken item for the replacement. Nice piece, but it's really more of an institutional item and assumes that you are replacing an existing urinal or have framing in place to accommodate an install. Installing this in a dry-walled garage, for instance, will take some doing including cutting away drywall and add 2x4 supports. My toilet buttons had to be jiggled to stop the water running. I watched a video that said where the problem probably resides. Plumbing work is like going to the dentist - no one really wants to "kick the skunk" as one fix tends to create another repair. I set aside two hours to do this. At 1430 I shut the water off. At 1435 I pulled the errant part. At 1440 I reinstalled the new part supplied by Wayfair. At 1445 I turned the water back on. Everything worked and I'd spent 15 minutes...That makes me really happy..
