We bought 4 stools for our island and they looks great. Assembly was little more difficult than expected, but directions were good. Seat cushions are very nice, but a little hard when you sit in them the first time. I expect that the cushions will soften up as they get used. Although they are a little hard at first, the cushions are still comfortable. We found these at the Wayfair store in Columbus, Ohio and were able to test them out in person before purchase. Mark.
