When I opened my shipment, it was immediately apparent that the lamp was missing a critical linkage pin holding up the lamp head to the lamp arm. Because this part was missing, the head of the lamp was unsupported and flopped down rendering the lamp useless. To their credit, WAYFAIR made it right. Problems happen.
