Awful, this company has directions that don't match what they ship you. The touch screen buttons do not work or maybe 1 out of every very 10 pushes and since they refuse to share pictures of the hood you get a nasty surprise that there are ugly vents on the top of the range which limit how far in you can slide the range and it has to stick out about 2 inches more than amy other hood works. This is a beautiful, sleek looking range hood. It has great features and is very well made. The convertible option is huge for those of us who don't currently have a vented hood. It is heavy but installation looks like it will be straight forward. My installation is delayed since I have to remove cabinets over the stove, find the backsplash tiles that current end at the bottom of the cabinet and continue it up before installing the hood. It’s SHINY! I knew it would be but it’s reflective beyond what you expect when you unpack it. The hooks aren’t super heavy duty but I wasn’t planning on loading them up due to our fastening restrictions at the house. Be careful unpacking it as the edges are very sharp. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This unit is really good. Pretty quiet even on high speeds with great volume of suction. Absolutely love the design of the unit. Controls are pretty good, however are quite away under the hood. I love the filters as I can take them out and put them in the dishwasher for cleaning.
