For whatever reason, my beloved Le Creuset Dutch Oven does not work properly on my new Bosch induction hob. I got tired of fighting with Bosch over the matter, so I followed the advice of their repairman to buy a high quality stainless steel Dutch oven. This Dutch oven works great on my apparently finicky hob and is pleasure to cook with . On top of that, the fact that the Atlantis line can be put in the dishwasher (other Demeyere lines cannot) is a slight plus, though I would never put anything this expensive in a dishwasher. It's also lighter than cast iron, which is helpful when you're making a big pot of soup or stew. All in all, I actually prefer this pot to my Le Creuset.. Cecile. Chicago, IL. Mon Oct 12 2026

Clad from 5 layers of metal for even heating and expert searing, this Award-Winning chef favorite lasts a lifetime. Meet a true kitchen workhorse. Crafted in Italy from 5 layers of metal, the Stainless Clad Frying Pan delivers a durable, easy-to-clean cooking surface with superior heat conduction and distribution. This 5-ply construction means far more searing and flavor-building, and far fewer hot spots and burnt-on messes. The Frying Pan yields crusty butter-basted steaks, pan sauces that come together faster, and crispier, lacier edges on perfectly fried eggs. The curvature of the walls is calculated for deeper searing and easier flipping, while a rolled rim allows you to pthe sauces without spilling. The hollow build of the proprietary Stay Cool Handle dissipates heat to keep it from getting scalding hot while on the stovetop. This means the heat stays on the ingredients, not the hands.

The pans are on the smaller side, but you can still get the job done. If your like me, care about your pans looks nice. There is no safer and better way to cook than a set of pans like these. You never have to worry about getting cancer with these. I have bought the most expensive, highly rated no stick pans and after a few years use, they ALL started to peal and scratch, even using the proper tools. These pans I treat like my cast iron pans of over 30 yrs. old. The first time I used them, I cleaned like my cast iron. It took about 8 uses but after that, the eggs slip right out. I never use soap on them, just a stainless steel scrubber with some salt and oil and than put a light coat of oil on them before I put away. If there is burnt on food, I put some water in them and let them sit while I eat and all I need to get the cooked on food off, is my stainless steel scrubber and they clean just as well as any non stick. I love them and the will last for years. A lot longer than any non stick.. Cathy. Wisconsin. Wed Oct 15 2025

the pan is great. The reason we got the pan is because the winco pan we had last thirty years and started losing its coating so we found one on Wayfair and we bought it. Hopefully we have this one for another thirty plus years.. Vic. Gilbert Plains, MB. Tue Aug 04 2026

The shallow but spacious Rondeau maximizes searing potential for delicious one-pan meals and easy stove-to-oven braising. Chefs love the Italian-made Rondeau. With increased surface area comes less overlapping of ingredients, providing more of the caramelizing heat contact that adds depth of flavor. Once you’ve rendered the fat from the protein of choice, you’re free to sauté, braise, and reduce all in the same Rondeau—a one pan meal at its finest. Crafted in Italy, the Stainless Clad Rondeau is constructed from 5 layers of metals for improved heat conduction and distribution. Because it prevents the hot spots that lead to stuck-on messes, the 5-ply construction also cleans up in seconds. Its rolled rim allows you to pthe without spilling, and two looped handles make transport from stove to oven to table a breeze.
