A good steak deserves the right steak knife. Because the right steak knife can make steak taste even better—by helping keep more of the flavorful juices inside the steak. A razor-sharp knife, like the Shun Premier Blonde steak knife, will glide through the meat, cutting fewer of the capillaries in the steak and keeping more of the flavor inside. This set of beautiful Shun Premier Blonde steak knives includes four knives in the perfect five-inch length. They're long enough to handle even the largest steak, yet short enough to provide excellent cutting control. Ideal for a small dinner party, the Shun Premier Blonde steak knife set comes in an elegant box, perfect for either gift-giving or storage.

High-carbon CR17 stainless steel blade. To boost its sturdiness, the steel contains 0.6-0.75 carbon. This makes it two times as hard as other knives in its class, as they contain about 0.3% carbon. Beautiful pattern: the special waved pattern blade is particularly striking (CR17 stainless steel kitchen knives, not real Damascus). Your investment is fully guaranteed. We offer a lifetime warranty and return policy. Ultra-sharp edge: it features an HRC (Rockwell hardness scale) of 57-58, which makes it among the toughest knives in its class. The thickness of this kitchen knife is 2.5mm. Ergonomically shaped handle: The blade of this chef knife is seamlessly integrated with the soft and comfortable Pakkawood handle, creating a perfect grip. The ergonomic shape strikes the right balance between the handle and the thin blade, ensuring ease of movement.
