I got the largest of the two options, but it is too small for my cat to be in for very long, and she is not that large of a cat - only 18 months old. The main complaint I have with this item is that there are no instructions, and while there aren't that many pieces, it's not that easy to figure out, and getting the zippers to line up is definitely not easy. This made traveling with my pet so easy. My dog is 20lbs and it’s difficult to carry the carrier with him in it as it gets too heavy on my shoulders. This made my whole experience so stress free after using a normal carrier for so long without wheels. The only recommendation I would have is to make it expandable on one side so the dog can see through mesh on the other side when the carrier is not expanded. Navya. Seattle. Wed Aug 26 2026

My mop-dog gives it 5 stars, but I’m less sure. The shag is thin (see picture), and the cushion is lumpy. However, I got it at a big discount and my dog is happy so I’ll keep it.. Amy. Thu Sep 24 2026

Not at all what is pictured/described. Says it’s for medium to large dogs and picture shows a German shepherd, but it would barely fit a cocker spaniel. It’s also very cheaply made and not a solid structure as pictured—caves in on itself so even if it was sized for my parge dog, it wouldn’t stay open for him to go inside it. Overall it’s a totally different item than what I thought I was ordering and not worth $30, much less $80+. Kevin. Leesburg, VA. Fri Oct 23 2026
