The armoire was shorter than I anticipated. It arrived in fairly good condition except for an inch and a half scratch in the paint on the top front of the Armoire. I didn't have any white paint so I covered it with white out. If you don't mind bending all the down to the floor to open the bottom drawers and you are able good for you. This jewelry armoire is a show stopper. It’s so pretty and well made. It’s solid wood and comes mostly assembled. I just had to install the top mirror with a couple screws that are included. It has plenty of storage for my fine jewelry. I love that the sides open with a push latch. It has so much space and everything is velvet lined to keep my jewelry in good shape. Delivery was very fast, and packaging was very well done for this jewelry armoire with mirror. I had no damaged pieces. The instructions were pretty clear, except it was hard to tell which side was up during assembly of the shelves. The plug for the light-up mirror is on the front of the mirror, and that is a bit inconvenient and could make it difficult to fully rotate the mirror when its plugged in. The storage space is great, but they should have something to keep necklaces you hang on the backside of the door from dangling freely because they hit the door and smash about when you open and close it. The light, however, is really bright and fantastic! I did not put the batteries in for the interior lights, but honestly, I dont really see a need for the interior lights just yet. This works perfectly for my jewelry. The one I had before had chicken wire for the earrings and I was constantly fighting to get them off of there. The quality of it is ok, but it could be better. There could be more room for flat back earrings but I just use the ring holder since I do not have that many rings but the quality of the ring holder is not the best so I have to struggle to get them to stay on there just right.
