The floor tile easy to adjust and easy to cut right to size with a good pair of scissors or utility knife. Installed in a old out of square bathroom. Picture doesnt do it justice. This tile is beautiful and looks very high end. The surface has a nice texture to it and not that cheap glossy stuff. Mannington also has grout specific to their products as well as a sealer. You can lay it down with or without grout. We are doing without. I could not find any pictures online of what it would look like not using grout so once our contractor installs Ill take another pic and post it. We chose the flex line because we have an old house and there is a hump in the floor from the structural wall underneath. Easy and beautiful material to work with but measure before starting. I created a small feature wall (still not done) using 2 boxes, & didn't want to apply glue to the wall so bought 4x8 ply backing, then had to trim the wood slightly. Love how it's turning out..
