So soft and pretty. It feels like a blanket for the floor in both good ways and not as good ways. Because it’s washable, it’s a pretty thin rug, but they have awesome grippy stuff on the floor down side which means it’s not a slipping hazard without a mat, but given how thin it is, we are going to opt for a thick under pad. I bought the 1'8"x2'6" size to see if the colors would fit in my dining room and ultimately chose a different color variation of this rug. Based on the rug I actually bought, I would guess that the pattern on this rug is scaled up to fit larger sizes and other colors in the pattern might become apparent and make the motifs seem less washed out. This is a beautiful rug! It came well packaged. When I opened it it didnt have that awful smell you usually get from rugs that are packaged from overseas. It comes with the anti-slip mat for underneath which is great but it is exactly the size of the rug so you have to be quite perfect with your placement or else it will show. Even though the colors of the rug are beautiful there is a lot of white and negative space which shows more dirt than I would like.
