FUNCTIONAL & UNOBTRUSIVE ! What a terrific addition to my studio ... a place to keep all those important items that I use daily! Up to now, keeping my office tidy has been almost an exercise in futility. After setting this well made, strong and sturdy steel 5 tier desk tray up, with its' very generous shelf space, it was a breeze to consolidate important sketch books, drawings, paintings, notebooks and the like in one convenient location...at my fingertips. No more ‘Sherlock Holmes’ trying to find a clue as to where I placed whatever I need for that particular moment or longer. No worries about this moving around, it’s solid, unlike the plastic trays that lock together and aren’t secure or long lived since they crack, break, come apart at the least movement or fall off the desk because they’re so flimsy. This heavy-duty steel (solid black) desk tray isn’t going to let you down and, most likely, I’ll be handing it down to my grandchildren some day! It’s like having a butler that knows just what you need, the moment you need it! Awesome, Wayfair!! You did it again and thank you so much for helping me have the organized home and office I love! Happy Holiday wishes to you and your amazing staff.. Pattie. Mon Dec 02 2024

Wide shelf fronts have built-in label holders (labels included).

Unit is sturdy and we were able to hang it on the wall. Works well for our small office use. The unit did take some time to put together. Very important that all the corrugated pieces line up.. Cch. Enfield, CT. Tue Jun 30 2015

I bought this to store stained glass sheets. It is perfect so far. I wasn't sure when I first saw it, but once I got it together it looks very nice and fits the function. I would definitely put it together in the room you are going to use it as it is heavier than it looks and hard to move! You are also only getting one piece. The picture makes it look like two shelves, so its a little misleading.. Dahlia. Casnovia, MI. Sun Mar 03 2024

I have purchased 2 of these, used these at work to place work instructions in, the team members can pull the work instructions out of the slot place on line, then when they change the line over to a different part they put them back and pull the next set of work instructions. This is much better than the traditional binder we were using.. Shantella. Fri Aug 14 2026

I took a chance and ordered an open box for this item. It was package like a new one, however, after unpacking everything and proceeding into the assembly, I found that the plastic piece inside kne of the legs, to receive the caster/wheel was broken and pushed down inside the leg tube and not operable. Since I had it completely unpacked and partly assembled, I decide to try a fix. It was obviously broken. I hade to pry/pull the plastic part up and out. It came out in two pieces, should be one. I tried to glue the pieces together and re-installing. Now it has a loose fit but I was able to get the shaft of the caster wheel in. It is loose but appears to be working. Not at all sure if it will hold up when I get the cart loaded up? I believe this was a return and wasn’t inspected properly or they would have caught this broken critical part. I would like Wayfair or the manufacture to send me a new plastic piece that is inside the leg tube so that I can properly assemble the caster/wheel into the leg.. Rex. NC. Mon Dec 19 2022
