It's not as thick as I thought it would be but that's my bad as the description clearly says 08 in high. However, someone decided it would be a good idea to put a sticker on top of the mat telling me that it was high. Kind of funny actually. The mat is thick and very comfortable, though rather small. Suitable to be placed in front of the fridge or the stove but dimensions were included in the description.
