My second one! Perfect for crispy gyozas and even cooking. This is the second time I have purchased this sauté pan because the first one performed so well. This pain is as close as it gets to perfection! It heats evenly, is scratch-resistant (no plastic or silicone tools required) and is as close to non-stick as any other pan I've tried and I've tried several! It's so much less finicky than my stainless steel or carbon steel pans. Worth every single penny and I'd buy it again in a heartbeat. The size is perfect for things like browning taco meat or large batches of sauce. The high sides mean that my stove top stays clean because nothing is splashing over the edges. The box was open, single layer cardboard, with no tape. It smelled oddly of floral perfume. Inside was the heavy, beautifully smooth carbon steel paella pan, with instructions on how to season it. I just set up the grill I ordered along with the paella pan! This is the 24" pan and it's big. It beautiful can't wait to use it out doors! I ordered the Weber 26" grill to go with it (keep in mind with this size pan if you use this grill the grate need to be turned inside out due to the handles, so the pan can fit properly) I love this set up so had to make it work some how :). I got this pan to see if I would like it before I bought the whole set. I got is March 30 and it is now May 5. I use it about 4x a week. No discoloration and no coating coming off.
