Im giving the product 4 Stars as it seems well made and the color is what I expected. Regarding the Shipping however, I would give Wayfair 2 stars. Not only was the shipping delayed there was no communication from Wayfair as to the reason I couldn’t even find the order or FedEx tracking number as it said the order couldn’t be found. I did finally receive an update 3 days prior to delivery. Was honestly thinking I would never get it. We’ll see how the runner holds up over time.. Anonymous. Tue Jun 23 2026

This rug changed the whole look of the room instantly. The basic design didnt thrill me (I was looking for glam), but once it was in the room, instant love AND it added glam! Directions recommend a few days to flatten, but I only waited 24 hours. It arrives folded (not rolled) in plastic packaging. That made it SO MUCH EASIER to move a 1012 foot rug by myself, but the trade-off are a few more areas that need to flatten. Sturdy rug with a height that allows for robotic vacuum cleaners. Its pretty soft as well. No chance to test stain removal...yet. I think this was great quality for the sale price.. Becky. NE. Thu Sep 17 2026
